Behind the Scenes!

Many people have no idea what goes into decorating the garments they wear every day! Read on to learn about what embroidering your order will entail.

1. Digitizing

The first step in any embroidery order is getting your design “digitized.” This process creates a digital file that our machines use to transform your design into a physical piece of art.

2. Choosing Colors

One of the most enjoyable parts of the process is choosing which of our thread color will bring your unique brand to life.

3. Choosing Placement

The best place to put your logo can vary by garment and industry. We will use our expertise to help you choose the best placement for your design.

4. Production

Once your logo is ready to go, we will add your order to our production queue, and create a purchase order for our embroiderers to follow.

5. Hooping

When our embroiderers receive your purchase order, their first step is to “hoop” your garments. Once the garments are “hooped,” the arms of the hoop are used to attach them to the machine.

6. Loading the design

Once all of your garments are hooped, and on the machine, our embroiderer will load the digitized file into the machine. The machine will then be “taught” which colors your logo will be embroidered in.

7. Embroidering

Once the machine is fully “taught” the colors and placement of your design, it will automatically complete embroider your items.

8. Trimming

Once your pieces are completely embroidered, our trimmer will remove any stray threads and ensure that the quality of the embroidery matches our high standards.

9. Your Order is ready!

After trimming, your order is boxed, and we will notify you that your items are ready. You can come in and pick them up or have us ship them anywhere in the United States (shipping charges will apply).
